Welcome to Stallis Mecca our comfy 2BR 1BA apt in West Allis. We are centrally located in the heart of Milwaukee metro meaning quick access to the airport, major hospitals, downtown, State Fair, Amfam Field, Fiserv Forum, and the lakefront/Summerfest. Our space is sports themed w/a nice living room, full kitchen, high-speed wifi, and a workspace. Whether you're a traveling professional, sports fan, foodie, beer fanatic, or nature lover we've got you covered. You'll be close to all those things! Our immediate neighborhood is also very vibrant with local bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Stallis Mecca is named after the old Bucks arena, the Mecca. As such our space is themed after local Milwaukee and WI sports teams. There are numerous custom wall art throughout. A few important things to note before we get into the details of our space. Please note that Stallis Mecca is conveniently located on a main street and above a commercial space so it has the potential to be loud at times. If you require a more quiet location, then this may not be the right place for you. In addition, it does require the ability to climb stairs and also may not be suitable for small children if left unattended.

The apartment features a nice-sized living room themed after our world champion Milwaukee Bucks! There is a 65" smartTV with Roku streaming services available. There is a couch as well as a futon for seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, plates, silverware, pots and pans. There is one bathroom with a toilet, shower over tub, and vanity.

There are two bedrooms available. The first we call the Brewers room, per the wall art. This one has a queen bed, nightstand, and dresser. The second bedroom, we call the Packers room, with the wall art and decor features a queen bed, nightstand, dresser, closet, work desk and office chair.

Highspeed wifi with speeds of 50mbs is available to guests.

The home features both central heating and air conditioning with a smart thermostat that guests can adjust to their comfort. However, please do NOT tamper with the thermostat.

There are 4 exterior security cameras on site, that record video and audio actively 24/7. The first is located on the side of the building. The second is a doorbell camera. The third is one in the backyard area. The fourth is inside the detached garage

Outside in the rear features a private patio space.

The apartment is an upper level unit above a lower apartment unit that is rented to long-term tenants. There is also a commercial storefront. There will be some noise during the day. Please respect neighbors and quiet hours between 9PM-8AM. If any noise complaints are made by tenants or neighbors guests will incur a $100 fee per complaint.

Parking/Garage Instructions and Options:
Daytime Parking: Garage or Street Parking during the day is free. Follow the rules as posted by street signs.
Overnight Parking:
1) Inside garage
2) Park parallel to the garage door, outside of the garage door. DO NOT Block alley traffic or access to rear parking slab.
3) Register for overnight street parking through the West Allis city government website. They allow 3 nights for free through the temporary permit or you can purchase a monthly pass for $15.

NOTE: Parking vehicle size limitation. Inside garage has vehicle height and length limits. Garage only fits a full size car or smaller, medium SUV, or minivan. If you have a full size truck, van, or SUV. Your vehicle may not fit. You will then need to either park parallel to the garage door without blocking the alley or follow the instructions above for an overnight street parking permit.

Do NOT park in the rear parking slab next to the garage. That is for the tenants' parking. Do NOT block access to this either.

To avoid unwanted pests and/or bugs, no eating/drinking in livingroom or bedrooms. A $50 minimum fee may be fine for evidence of food or drinking in living space.

No smoking inside property. Smoking outside is permitted but please dispose of cigarette buds or any trash. A minimum of $100 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking inside.

Please use make-up remover and/or black face towels provided to remove any makeup. Access makeup noted on towels and linens will be subject to a minimum of $25 per piece noted with access stains.

Booking guest must be a minimum of 25 years old to book.

***Once pre-approved, booking guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement after review and provide a copy of their ID to the host within 24 hours. If not done so, dates booked will expire and will have to be rebooked if still available.***
